We offer a selection of quality lodges for sale, all connected to mains electricity, water and drainage, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay.
As a holiday homeowner, you’ll become part of a friendly and welcoming community of like-minded owners who appreciate the peaceful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere of the park. Please note that holiday homes are for owners’ personal use only, and subletting is not permitted.

The first step is to contact our team to arrange a visit to Millness Hill Park. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the park, view our available holiday homes and ask any questions you may have about ownership.
Many of our holiday homes are already sited and ready to move into, meaning you could be enjoying your own Lake District getaway much sooner than you think.
Everything is included within the pitch fees apart from the gas and electricity. These are individually metered on each pitch. There are no standing charges for the gas or electricity so you only pay for what is used.
We allow dogs providing they are under control and not causing a problem for other people on the park.
